Return/Refund policy

Kadence Technology, Inc., also known as Kapitol Reef Aquatics, warrants registered snorkels against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If this product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Kadence Technology, Inc. will, at its sole option, replace the defective product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover product damage caused by misuse or accident.

If you desire to make a warranty claim, you must first obtain an RMA (Return merchandise Authorization) number from Kadence Technology, Inc. This RMA may be requested by either calling our support line at 877-527-4865 extension 1 or by sending an email to us at returns@kapitolreef.com .
You must indicate each of the following items:

  1. Product serial number (to locate your Serial #, look on the flat surface of the main tube near the flexible, corrugated, silicone rubber section).
  2. Reason for the return, such as defective materials, defective workmanship, or product malfunction.
  3. Your name
  4. Your full shipping address. You must ship the product to us at your expense by whichever method is most convenient for you, so long as we receive it within 30 days of issuance of your RMA. Kadence Technology, Inc. will accept the expense to ship the replacement product or the refund to you.
