11. Warranty and Return Policy – Kadence TechnologyTM, Inc. warrants registered snorkels against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If this product is determined to be defective during the warranty period, Kadence Technology, Inc. will, at its sole option, replace the defective product at no charge, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover product damage caused by misuse or accident. If you desire to make a warranty claim, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Kadence Technology, Inc. by visiting our website at www.kapitolreef.com. You will need to provide a valid serial number. Return the snorkel within thirty days from the time you receive your RMA number. Follow the RMA instructions completely when shipping.
